2. Favortite Post: My favorite post I've done this year was the photobooth. I liked that post because I got to experiment they way photobooth really works. I liked it also because I learned new things that I didn't know, for example the way all the different effects work and how they look. I also liked because not only was I learning new things but I also had fun with my group.

3. Favorite Photo From The Semester: So far this is my favorite picture of the semester. I really liked this one because, first off this guy didn't even know me and he felt right away comfortable with me taking pictures of him. I like the way he is posed because it really makes him stand out. And also as you can see there are people watching because of the shadows but even then he didn't care. Everytime I 

take pictures I always like having people like him because it makes the picture more fun and realistic.

4. Best Photo: 

I like this photo because it shows my three favorite elements of photography; pattern which is shown with the two subjects, shape which is shown all over the picture with different types of patterns, and light which is a very important aspect, it helps a lot with the pictures. 

5. Three Advantages/ Disadvantages:

    Advantages:

• You always have someone to take a picture of you 
• You learn new things 
• It's fun and get a lot of help

   Disadvantages:

• Sometimes it's uncomfortable/awkward because you dont't know them
• There is only on camera and not everyone gets to use it sometimes 
• Stressful sometimes

9. A project that would intrest me this second semester would be to be able to take a camera and since I like hiking to take picture of nature and come and show them on my blog or my wix. Or even take pictures of the sports going on in the school.

I choose this picture becasue I like the way that it looks because I like the way the letters make the subjects stand out.

I choose this picure because its a picture of one of my group memembers and I liked the way there's another subject in the picture besides the main subject, and that's what makes her stand out more.

I choose this picture because its of a random guy that just came up to us to take a picture. I really liked this picture because he felt very comfortable with us. He posed in a position that someone would do if they weren't shy.

I choose this picture because I really liked how an off gaurd picture came out. Not always does an off gaurd picture come ouat good.

I choose this picture because two of my group memembers are in it and itbeacuse it has a good background tht represents my school.

Photographs inspired by Minor White

Our photographer was Minor White, he inspired us by the way he took pictures about people(portraits) and about landscape. Mostly all his pictures are in black and white but i decided to put two in color because they are still portraits, but they just express more emotion and more color.

I choose these two pictures because I, myself like taking pictures of nature/landscape. I like the way the on with road is because it makes me feel like it's stranded, or some where you can go and get away for a while. The water one reminds me like when you feel depressed and you just want to be alone. I honestly like these two pictures.

Tips To Taking Portraits

1. Set up camera
2. Get the lighting right (Avoid direct, harsh sunlight from any direction)
3. Make your subject comfortable
4. Choose your lens and frame your shot
5. Get subject to maintain eye contact with camera

Artistic Review

Mr. Farley's page has many different kind of pictures on his website. He takes from like nature to different type of human beings. He has a really good website because he tries to be creative in all types of ways. I believe the website is really good because of the way the pictures are structured and the way the objects are captured.

I like the way the pictures are very detailed and how you can see different things when you look really close to the picture. He has all kinds of categories that have many different aspects. For example he has pictures events to pictures of his own family. Farley has two kids, a boy and a girl. Mr. Farley expresses different things in many different ways because he just doesn't take a picture of one but of many things.

His website needs a little improvement to the way the pictures are set up and the way you can find the pictures. I think it needs to be more organized that way it's easier to find the different categories of pictures. Overall his website is decent, just with a little more improvement and it'll be fine.
